Adult Jiu Jitsu Schedule:

Mondays
11:30-1pm – All Levels – Alder
7-8:30pm – Fundamentals – Alder

Tuesdays
8:30-10pm – Advanced – Alder

Wednesday
11:30-1 – All Levels – Scott “Einstein” Epstein
7-8:30pm – Fundamentals – Alder

Thursday
8:30-10pm – Advanced – Scott “Einstein” Epstein

Friday
6:30-8pm – Women All Levels – Sensei Kim

Saturday
2-3:30pm – All Levels – Alder
3:30-? – Competition Team – Alder and Friends

Sunday
1-2pm – Wrestling – Amir
2-3pm – All Levels – Alder
3-5pm – Open Mat – Ian

    Why do people do that? I don’t know but I’m bringing it here.

    Advanced doesn’t mean you have to be a purple – if your a white or blue and want to check it out come by first and talk to Alder or Kim.

    Plenty of white belts go to them so don’t be afraid to ask.

    Hey Alder, are you going to be running that Comp practice even when no majors are on the horizon? IE is it a regular weekly spot?
