Bite Defense Seminar at 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Van Nuys 12-19
Attention 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Van Nuys members, coaches, friends and family. Monday, December 19th, Mike Pack, owner of Bite Defense, will be speaking to the class on the importance of wearing the right mouth protection.
As some of you may know, wearing a mouth guard can prevent you having to pay, literally thousands of dollars from damaging to your teeth. Did you know wearing the wrong kind of mouth guard can also cause other problems as well? Having the proper protection can also keep you from getting concussions, broken jaws, chipped teeth and more!
