    Oh jeez I need to lose the 4 pounds and fight at 181. I don’t know if you guys have ever seen Ralf in person, but he’s enormous and seems to have no body fat. I’m amazed he fought at 195! Ralf will give you his leg, but it’s like trying to submit a statue – he will not bend.

    I like the TK Scissors to Ankle Lock at 7:50, very nice, Ralf.
