This the first of 2 parts on the Capoeira Pass. While we have our version on our channel, this is another variation that Eddie does. This is a great video because it also talks about trouble shooting it!

During the seminar, we showed our version of the capoeira pass and did some trouble shooting on it.

10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt Cade Nelson demonstrates an arm drag to your opponents back.

10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Master Instructor Eddie Bravo demonstrates a very effective sweep. Whip up, to Dog Fight, to Limp Arm with a nice butterfly variation to keep your opponent from being able to Limp Leg out.

10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Master Instructor Eddie Bravo demonstrates a very effective combination of techniques. Lock Down, to Super Stomp, to Butterfly Sweep, or Pyramid control.

After a brief hiatus, Coach Alder’s 10th Planet Watch videos, have returned. Sorry guys, I haven’t been able to film and edit more lately. Between instructing almost every day at 10th Planet Burbank, teaching privates, and training for Abu Dhabi, it hasn’t been so easy to make it down to film class at Head Quarters. Enjoy!
